Reading Portfolio
Three Programmes. One Reading Studio.
Each programme is built around a different aspect of household planning vocabulary — choose the one that fits your current reading interests and schedule.

How Every Cordiel Programme Works
1. Reader Distributed in Advance
Participants receive the printed reader before the first session. Reading it in advance is encouraged but not tested — the reader sets the vocabulary frame for discussion.
2. Discussion-Led Sessions
Each session is facilitated as a reading discussion, not a lecture. Participants work through the material together, with space for questions and disagreement.
3. Materials Kept by Participants
All printed materials — readers, vocabulary cards, notebooks — are the participant's to keep. The programme ends; the reading life continues.
Weekend Workshop
Long-Term Planning Reading Workshop
A two-day weekend workshop for adults aged 45 to 60 who want a slow, considered introduction to long-horizon household planning vocabulary in Singapore. Topics covered include drawdown concepts, longevity considerations, intergenerational planning language, and the standard structure of long-term household documentation.
The workshop is reading-led throughout — a structured reader is distributed in advance, and the cohort meets across two days to work through it together. No advice is given and no products are mentioned. The programme is educational in its entirety.
- Printed reading binder with structured reader
- Vocabulary card covering key terms from the programme
- Access to a follow-up reflection circle (approximately 4 weeks later)
- Cohort size: 6–10 participants

S$870
Evening Series · 4 Sessions
Household Budget Conversations Reading Series
Four evening sessions on the language and rhythm of household budget conversations at mid-life. Each session covers a single facet of the topic — entering tertiary education with adult children, coordinating with siblings on parent care, restructuring after a household income change, and the conversational habits that keep money topics open.
The series is reading-led, with discussion in pairs and small groups. Scenario cards give each session a practical conversational context. Educational in scope throughout; no advice is offered at any point.
- Printed conversation guide for all four sessions
- Scenario cards for pair and small-group discussion
- Peer discussion notebook for personal notes
- Weekday evenings — minimal disruption to working schedules

Reading Circle · 6 Sessions
Retirement Vocabulary Reading Circle
Six sessions for adults aged 45 and above who want to read more widely about the vocabulary of retirement-stage household planning in Singapore. Topics include CPF Life, SRS, drawdown structures, household income mapping, and the standard documentation used by qualified professionals.
The circle is reading-led: each session covers a glossary chapter, with discussion focused on understanding rather than on any course of action. Participants who want more language and reading confidence in this area — before speaking with a professional — find the circle well-suited to that purpose.
- Clothbound glossary volume (Singapore household planning vocabulary)
- Weekly worksheets for each chapter
- Private cohort discussion notebook
- 6 sessions across 6 weeks
